Position Summary:

GetixHealth is seeking a detail-oriented Client Data Analyst to support client data integrity, reconciliation, and reporting across healthcare revenue cycle operations. This role is responsible for reviewing data quality, performing reconciliations, supporting client reporting, and partnering with internal stakeholders to improve data workflows and client outcomes. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and experienced working with healthcare data in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Process and validate client data files in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs) and internal procedures

  • Perform regular reconciliations of client account activity and communicate findings to leadership and client-facing teams

  • Review and resolve Data Quality Requests, Client-Facing Audits, and Client Data Process Audits

  • Respond to client inquiries professionally and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues

  • Compile and deliver client invoices, account summaries, executive summaries, and reconciliation reports

  • Identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement within complex data sets

  • Partner with Implementation, IT, and Operations teams to troubleshoot and improve file feed processes

  • Support onboarding of new clients by assisting with secure data exchange setup and documentation

  • Participate in testing of new programs and contribute to client data–related projects

  • Maintain documentation including standard operating procedures and training materials

  • Ensure all work is performed with a high level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Minimum 3 years of experience processing, validating, or reconciling data files

  • Experience reviewing electronic medical records or healthcare-related data preferred

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data validation, data manipulation)

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

  • Ability to track, trend, and report data findings to improve processes and efficiencies

  • Experience in healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, insurance, or collections (preferred)

  • Familiarity with healthcare systems, client databases, and revenue cycle platforms (preferred)

  • Experience using SQL reporting tools (preferred)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (preferred)
